When you know whom you’re talking with and what you want them to do, the rest is just tactics. And we are so, so good at tactics. We sweat your strategy down to the smallest detail, then put it into action anywhere it can reach your audience.
Then we show you how it’s done. You get direct access to our tools and metrics — so you can be confident that we’ve got it, and that when you want to, you can have it too.

Challenge: Connect corporate innovators with the consulting services from the guy who started it all when he wrote The Lean Startup.
Result: To give new managers insight into the assets the firm had — and how to use them — we ran an initial audit and analysis to uncover websites, social accounts and content, both performing and not. We paired that data with collaborative strategy facilitations to identify a narrow audience of high-value B2B buyers. With audience and platforms in place, we developed a marketing strategy to engage an audience of more than a million while selling services to a select few.

Challenge: Engage a global audience of more than 35,000 employees, sharing information while connecting them to the company culture.
Result: In the seven years since we’ve started working with Gallagher, the fourth-largest global insurance broker has added $3 billion in revenue and 15,000 employees, all of whom have learned about the company and its values through executive communication strategies developed and executed in collaboration with The Get Agency. We’ve mobilized employees to participate in dozens of ESG campaigns, welcomed new partners, created sales opportunities and supported company culture, building the internal communications reputation from No. 1 point of concern to most-improved function on employee engagement surveys.

Challenge: Transition a legacy private equity firm to a new name, new brand and new online identity without losing any of its authority.
Result: Working closely with the TruArc team and an outside PR firm, we developed new messaging and fleshed out a brand identity for the new firm. By engaging all stakeholders in a comprehensive plan, we were able to transfer the existing digital assets and authority of the prior firm, to the new social media accounts, email lists and website we created to launch TruArc as an established and seasoned team operating under a new name.

Challenge: Build awareness and trust for a new financial startup among new-to-credit and new-to-country borrowers.
Result: In collaboration with the Upwardli team, we identified the issues facing new-to-credit and new-to-country borrowers, developing an aggressive, SEO-driven content strategy to build awareness within the target audience and introduce Upwardli’s free and paid services. By training Upwardli writers on messaging and SEO, we were able to help the new company establish a meaningful search presence in a matter of months, going from zero to more than 20,000 users from search each month, enough to support a $2 million seed round.

Challenge: Use social to brag about the breakthroughs happening in Northwestern University’s chemistry department, NUChem, to help it compete with peer institutions in college rankings.
Result: When it’s about beating the competition, that’s where we start. A social audit and analysis showed a muddled presence for NUChem, compared with razor-sharp presentations from MIT, Stanford and others in the peer group. Working with the in-house team, we helped the college establish its own social platforms within university guidelines, giving it a direct connection to the thousands of students, alumni and scholars that determine its reputation. Within two months, NUChem’s LinkedIn audience went from zero to double its closest competitor, and within the quarter, the college moved up in major school rankings.
